Our Services
Movement Analysis
We perform detailed observations of movement mechanics to identify functional limitations and patterns that may contribute to your pain. We then work to improve these!
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a physical therapy technique that uses insertion of a filiform needle to decrease trigger points, muscle spasm and pain. Dry needling can also improve range of motion.
Gait Analysis
We assess walking and running patterns to identify abnormalities and inefficiencies. This helps guide our treatment plans.
Sports Rehabilitation
We are here to assist you in your recovery from sports-related injuries. A variety of treatment tools and evaluative measures will be used to get you better as quickly as possible.
Golf Swing Analysis
A Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified PT will assess your golf swing to help you decrease pain, reduce overuse patterns, and improve efficiency.
Wellness/Injury Prevention
We aren’t just here for you when you’re in pain. All of our services are available in a preventative manner as well.
The Bluebird Difference
We perform one-on-one physical therapy and wellness sessions to ensure you are feeling your best and performing at the highest level. We begin by having a doctor of physical therapy listen to your story and perform a comprehensive examination of your movement mechanics, strength, and functional abilities. We use this examination to create a personalized plan of care designed to help you achieve your goals.

FAQs

Bluebird PT is out of network with all insurance companies. Being out of network allows us to provide the best possible care, giving us the freedom to treat without insurance limitations. We are focused on your outcomes, not insurance payouts. At the end of a physical therapy plan of care, we can provide a superbill which you may submit to your insurance company to obtain reimbursement for your care.

A bluebird day is a beautiful, sunny day that comes after a big snow storm. My goal is to get you to your "bluebird day."

Dry needling is a physical therapy technique that uses insertion of a filiform needle to decrease trigger points, muscle spasm and pain. Dry needling can also improve range of motion. Though dry needling and acupuncture use similar needles, they are two entirely different techniques based on entirely different philosophies.
